Dear Friends,
In light of the increasing concern and alarming rise of closures including countless cancellations/postponements for art events and receptions do to COVID-19, our Scary Sip and Sketch at 3rd Street Gallery will be postponed until further notice. We will continue to monitor the situation and make decisions on a day-to-day basis. As of now the the gallery will continue to be open during regular gallery hours and for the Philly Group Crit Meeting # 9. We will let you know of any further changes and they will be posted on our website and Facebook page. Our community's health is most important to us.

Friday the 13th Scary Sip and Sketch

As an extension of this month's current community exhibit, Embodiment: The Figure in Art, 3rd Street Gallery invites you to an entertaining and creative evening of drawing from live models with complimentary wine and refreshments, Friday, March 13, 2020 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm at 3rd Street Gallery.
This event offers guests of all artistic skill levels and first-timers an opportunity to create original drawings as they enjoy wine, soda and snacks. During this “Sip and Sketch” experienced models will be staged with props for a frighteningly good time. This is an uninstructed 3-hr drawing session with live models beginning with quick 2 minute poses to warm up, gradually extending to longer 30 minute poses.
Please bring your own supplies (dry media only). Seating is first come first serve, so be sure to come early to get a seat and settle in! Respect the models. No photography of the models and please clean up after yourself.
