The lure of landscape continues, becoming more and more focused on the horizon line.  Sometimes the horizon is blurred, sometimes it’s a tiny part of a landscape, sometimes the whole expanse from left to right.  Working with soft pastels, color and the mark propel the image.  The new work ranges from the very abstract to the more representational.

Cone will be showing work along side long time friend and graduate school classmate, Demetra Tassiou Panidis (MFA University of Pennsylvania, 1994).
